Recommended Itinerary for Villa GuestsSince Laresio is just 2 km (a 5-minute drive) from our private villas, we recommend starting your getaway with a Day Tour at Laresio on your first day. Guests may arrive as early as 8:00 AM to enjoy the pools, lakeside activities, and outdoor amenities. After a full day of fun, you can retreat to your private villa in the evening, where you’ll enjoy exclusive amenities and a relaxing night with your group. The following day, check-out is at 12:00 NN—making it the perfect balance of adventure and rest.

How do I book a Villa?
Booking is easy!
- Go to our website and click the Book Now button.
- Select your preferred Villa and dates using the Booking Calendar.
- Complete the form and secure your reservation with a 50% down payment.
- Receive your booking confirmation via email.
Do I need to pay a deposit to confirm my booking?
Yes. A 50% down payment is required to secure your reservation. We do not allow “pencil bookings” (temporary holds without payment). The balance is payable onsite upon check-in.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
All villas follow a 22-hour stay: Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 NN the following day.
How many people can stay in each villa?
- Villas 1 & 2 have fixed capacities (16 pax and 20 pax) and do not allow additional guests.
- Villas 3–7 have a range capacity (e.g., 22–30 pax). If you exceed the minimum, an additional fee of ₱1,000 per head applies.
- Villa 8 accommodates 18–24 pax. Extra guests beyond 18 are charged ₱1,500 per head.
Do we need to bring during our stay?
Guests staying in Villas 1–7 must bring their own towels and toiletries. For Villa 8, basic linens are provided but we still recommend bringing personal items for comfort. Moreover, guests must also bring their own cookware and utensils.
Do all villas have the same amenities?
No. While all villas come with private hot spring pools, air-conditioned rooms, a kitchen, and entertainment facilities, activities such as billiards and table tennis are only available in Villas 3–7. For full details, please see our Villa Catalogue.

Do Villas include Laresio access?
Yes. All Villa bookings include a one-time Laresio Day Tour pass per guest (choose Day 1 or Day 2). Note that a ₱50 environmental fee is payable to the barangay upon entry.
If we’re staying in a villa, can we also book a function hall at Laresio?
Yes. Villa guests may rent a function hall for ₱10,000 (8 hours use) during their one-day Laresio access.
Are pets allowed in the Villas?
Yes. Pets are welcome in all villas, with a ₱500 cleaning fee per pet per stay. However, pets are not allowed in the pools.
