What are your operating hours?
Our resort is open everyday.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, but we recommend calling ahead for availability during events or peak days.
Is there an entrance fee if we just want to dine or explore?
Yes. Guests who wish to dine or explore the resort grounds are required to purchase at least the most affordable Day Tour Package. This policy helps us maintain the privacy, exclusivity, and security of all our guests inside the resort.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount for senior citizens, PWDs, and children aged 6–12 years old. Kindly present a valid ID at the front desk.

Bookings & Payments

How can I book a Day Tour, Villa, Room, or Camping package at Laresio Resort?
Day Tours and Camping Packages can be booked directly through our website e-commerce store. For Overnight Rooms, Private Villas, and Camp Q Cabins (which are part of our room offerings), bookings must be made via our Booking Calendar. Simply click Book Now to view available dates and reserve your stay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, PayPal, bank transfer, credit card, and cash onsite. As we transition towards a more convenient cashless system, we highly encourage payments via GCash, PayPal, bank transfers, or credit cards.
Are your rates VAT-inclusive?
Yes, rates for leisure guests are VAT-inclusive. For corporate bookings and team building packages, rates are VAT-exclusive.
Do I need to pay a deposit? Is it refundable?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

Amenities & Activities​

Are all pools hot spring pools?
Yes, all Private Villa pools are fed by natural hot spring water. At Laresio Resort, we have a total of 6 pools (2 hot spring, 2 kiddie, 1 semi-Olympic, 1 lakeside).
What activities are included in my package?
Inclusions vary by package. Please check the Day Tour, Camping, Room, or Villa product page on our website for a detailed breakdown of activities and amenities.
Can kids and seniors join the activities?
Yes. Many activities are suitable for kids and seniors, but life vests are strictly required for all water-based activities for safety.
Do you provide safety gear?
Yes, we provide life vests for guests participating in water activities.

Food & Drinks

Can we bring our own food?
Yes, guests are welcome to bring food, and there is no corkage fee for food.
Can we bring drinks?
Yes, but drinks are subject to corkage at Laresio Resort. Inside the Private Villas, drinks are allowed without corkage (except Villa 8, which follows Laresio’s corkage policy since it is located inside the resort). Guests availing their one-day pass to Laresio as part of a villa stay are also subject to the resort’s corkage policy.
Do you have restaurants onsite?
Yes! We have Kusina by Laresio (serving home-style Filipino comfort food) and Lazy Latte Café (our in-house specialty coffee shop).

Rooms & Villas

What is the difference between Overnight Rooms and Private Villas?
Our Overnight Rooms are located within the main resort. Our Private Hot Spring Villas are spacious, exclusive homes just 5 minutes (2km) away from Laresio, each with its own private hot spring pool, kitchen, and entertainment amenities.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 NN the following day (22-hour stay).
What’s included in the Private Villas?
Each villa includes a private hot spring pool, kitchen, videoke, WiFi, powered speakers, Netflix, YouTube, Spotify access, and more. Some villas also feature billiards and table tennis. See our Villa Options page for detailed inclusions per villa.
Do Villas come with Laresio Resort access?
Yes. Villa bookings include a one-time day pass to Laresio Resort, which can be availed on either Day 1 or Day 2 of your stay.
Are we allowed to check in early?
Early check-in is subject to availability. However, please note that if you check in early, your check-out time will also be earlier.
Do you provide towels and toiletries?
Yes, towels are provided in the rooms based on the number of occupants. Toiletries may be requested from the Front Office. Please note that towels and toiletries are not provided in the Villas, so guests are encouraged to bring their own.

Camping​

Do you provide tents or do we bring our own?
Guests are welcome to bring their own tents, or they may rent one for ₱1,000 (good for 2 pax).
Are there showers and toilets at the campsite?
Yes. The campsite is equipped with comfort rooms, showers, and bonfire areas.
Can we bring food for camping?
Yes, campers may bring food, and there is no corkage fee.

Team Building & Corporate Events​

Do you offer facilitators for team building?
Yes. Laresio provides facilitators for free if your group meets the minimum required number of participants. For smaller groups, facilitator services are available for an additional fee.
Can you customize packages for corporate groups?
Yes, we offer tailor-made corporate packages depending on your group size, activity preferences, and objectives.
Are corporate bookings VAT-inclusive?
No. Corporate bookings are VAT-exclusive.
What is the timeframe of the team building activities?
The activities usually last 2 to 3 hours.
Do you provide the prizes?
No, the guests will be the ones to provide/handle the prizes.

Policies & Safety

Do you allow pets?
Yes, our resort is pet-friendly. Pets are allowed in Overnight Rooms and Villas, but not in swimming pools. A ₱500 cleaning fee per pet applies.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer 20% discounts for Senior Citizens, PWDs, and children, upon presentation of a valid ID.
Is there an environmental fee?
Yes. Guests of Laresio (whether booked or availing the free one-day pass that comes with the private villas) are required to pay a ₱50 environmental fee per person to the barangay before entering Laresio.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We have a strict No Cancellation and No Refund policy unless there is a valid reason. Please ensure your chosen date is final before booking.

Day Tour FAQs

What are the operating hours of the lake activities?
Lake activities are open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Are we still allowed to stay after the lake activities operating hours?
Yes, you may still enjoy the swimming pools until 8:00 PM.
